Kids Play: Horseshoe Necklace

These inflatable rings are part of a water horseshoe game that came with a baby swimming pool. Naturally, all the girls at this baby pool party decided to use them as necklaces.

One necklace is never enough!

Kids Play: “I’m stuck!”

My friend’s kids 2-year-old A and 4-year-old M make a game of pretending they are stuck in whatever plastic bin they can find. They will wedge themselves into boxes and start yelling “Help! Help! I’m stuck!” until an adult comes along and “rescues” them. Then they get themselves “stuck” all over again.

Please submit your funny toy stories and pictures to creativekidsplay@gmail.com for publication on this blog.

Nose bulb family

Two-year-old A will turn anything into a toy and any toy into a family dynamic. These are Mommy and Baby nose sucker thingies. They talk to each other and go on adventures all over the counter. They were new in this picture, so it’s not as gross as it sounds.

Also note the stacking. We get the most insane kitchen stackings here. You should see what happens with different sized seasonings here.

What bizarre objects do your kids turn into “mommies” and “babies”? Send your stories and pictures to creativekidsplay@gmail.com.
